And…. We’re back

We’re back.  I have a dear friend who used to start some sentences with “When the time is right,…”  With current events, it seems the is no better time than to re-engage in our communication around Anointing Wellness.

First, we’ve known for some time that our doTerra oils offer some solutions for guarding against some germs.  That continues to be the case and although stock is low, it will be replenished.  The things I’ve been finding most helpful during this time is our faith in a power much greater than ourselves, for us that is God.  With much outside our control, it is important to focus on what we can control and that is the discipline of faith over fear.  More than another other time, we will do well to surround ourselves with like-minded people who will keep us strong in mind and spirit.

With strength of mind, Ron and I encourage you to bask in the company of loved ones while spending more time at home than we usually discipline ourselves to do.  Eat well.  A friend just posted that she is eating more locally grown whole food vs processed foods that are currently out of stock.  Exercise your creativity.  One friend posted that if worse came to worse, they’d  use the abundance of wash cloths they have to clean themselves and do more laundry.  Have a sense of humor.  Laughter is the best medicine releasing tension and is reported to have anti-inflammatory effects that protects blood vessels and heart muscles from damaging effect of cardiovascular disease. Be kind to one another and distance yourself from those who aren’t.
